The ground heater ran all week-end which thawed the ground under the remaining concrete floor areas in the basement. This allowed for the excavators to remove the last of the dirt and concrete to fully open up the entire new “Gathering Place” area. The church will soon be sheltered from the elements, allowing them to move forward with framing. Materials for the nave flooring system (joists, bracing) are on site.
