St. John's Prayer Shawl ministry meets the first Wednesday of the month at 9:30 am in the parish hall to knit or crochet for others.
You are also welcome to join us at "What's Needling U", 279 Main Street, Frisco every Wednesday from 2-4:00.  Patterns, yarn and supplies will be available.

"Shawls ... made for centuries universal and embracing,

symbolic of an inclusive, unconditionally loving, God.

They wrap, enfold, comfort, cover, give solace,

mother, hug, shelter and beautify.

Those who have received these shawls have been 

uplifted and affirmed, as if given wings to 

fly above their troubles."
