We invite YOU
to support God's ministry within and beyond

St. John the Baptist
with a gift!

"The earth is the Lord's and all that is in it."  Psalm 24:1

Thank you for your generous gift to support God's ministry within and beyond St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church in Breckenridge, Colorado! We are a vibrant and enthusiastic Christian community in the High Rockies collaborating with God to live into St. John the Baptist's vision - to prepare for, point to, and embody the way of the Lord!  To this end, we are dedicated to being a faithful Christ-centered community in Summit County that practices hospitality, spirituality, and service.

Please consider supporting St. John's!  As a church in a resort area, we rely not only on the generosity of those who live in Summit County year 'round, but also on our many far-flung friends who are in town seasonally or even dropping by a few days a year.  We encourage our local members to make an "annual pledge," our seasonal members to make a "seasonal pledge," and our occasional visitors to consider a one-time gift as they pass through.  Wherever you may live, and wherever you may go, we hope that you will always pray for, enjoy, support, and stay connected with the life and ministry of St. John's!  You are a part of us!

To make a one-time gift, please click the "DONATE" button below.

You can make an annual or seasonal pledge in one of three ways:  1) fill out and submit the online pledge form, 2) fill out a paper pledge form and mail it to the church office (attn: Wally Ducayet, Treasurer) or place it in the offering plate on Sunday, or 3) call or email church office with your pledge intention (see contact info at the bottom of this page).

Notes:

  • All financial information is kept strictly confidential.
  • New pledges (annual or seasonal) are welcome at any time during the year!
  • The Rector chooses NOT to know pledge amounts, but welcomes the opportunity to speak with you about the meaning and practice of stewardship in your life.

It's Stewardship Season!
July 25, 2017

Dear Parish Family,

It's summertime in the mountains.  This is a time of year when the people of St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church are keenly aware of our many blessings ~ the wonder of life, the beauty of creation, and the mystery of love.  And we give special thanks for the blessing of participating in the vibrant life of our parish family as we come together to glorify God, grow in the faith, enjoy one another's company, and serve our neighbors in Summit County and beyond.

And now, with all these blessings in our minds and on our hearts, we commence our annual stewardship effort!  Our goal this year is simple:

We encourage each and every household
of St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church
(whether you are a year 'round or seasonal member
to make a financial pledge
to support God's ministry within and beyond our parish
in 2018!

FULL PARTICIPATION will help us respond to God's call to grow as a Christian community practicing hospitality, spirituality, and service.   It will help the Vestry and Staff plan and budget for this work in the coming year.   And it will engage us all more deeply in the life and ministry of this parish that we know and love.

You can make your confidential pledge in one of two ways:

1.     Fill out a paper pledge card and return it to the church office or place in the offering plate (c/o Wally Ducayet, Treasurer).  Cards are available at the church.  We can also mail one to you at your request.
2.     Make an online pledge via our parish web site by clicking on the "Stewardship" tab and then the "2018 Pledge Form."

Meanwhile, may God bless you and yours. And thank you again for making St. John's the wonderful church it is!

Faithfully,

Charlie Brumbaugh, Rector
John Landon, Jr. Warden & Stewardship Chair
