Our Prayer Shawl Ministy - Prayerful Hands is one of the ways we show our care for those in need. Currently, we have distributed all of our prayer shawls to folks who are suffering in any way or are recovering from surgery. SO, we are in need of more completed prayer shawls. There are skeins of yarn and instructions in the parish hall if you could help with this special outreach or you may use your own yarn! Our next Prayerful Hands meeting is Wednesday, May 14 at 9am. All are welcome to come and knit and enjoy the fellowship.

There is an alternative to buying your produce in the grocery store. It's called "Community Supported Agriculture" with a program operated through the Austin Family Farm in Paonia, Colorado. It's designed to provide the freshest, most nutritious produce available from a nearby farm which in turn helps the environment through reduced use of gasoline for transporation. Check out the flyers in the parish hall or contact Sadie Lawson for details, 453-4372.
